Book Announcement

 

    I am so giddy with joy to announce that I just typed up the last of Mrs. Pidgeon's recipes to be released in a book. This is something I have never attempted, so please bear with me as I stumble through this process.  I will do my absolute best to make this into something this woman would be pleased with. 

As I type this, the manuscript is uploading to Amazon's Kindle Create app and I am both overjoyed and terrified at what is coming next. I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm full of dread that I may not give everyone the results they hope for. But regardless of formatting, photography, and grace of execution, Mrs. Pidgeon's recipes will be out there for all of us to share. 

I told you I wouldn't do a lot of yaking on this blog, but I have to tell you how much this warms my heart. None of us know each other, and none of us knew her. Yet here we are, enjoying friendships and lovely conversations because of this stranger. Thank you all for being a part of this process. I am especially grateful for everyone who has helped me financially through the "Buy Me a Coffee" app. I had no idea how expensive this would be, and your support is so greatly appreciated. I will be adding each of your names into the Acknowledgements of this book, as I am so very touched. 

The release date is pending but please keep in touch as I will be updating the blog as often as I can! I am currently scanning in Mrs. Pidgeon's recipes to be added onto the pages and can't wait to put it all together.
