Banana Pudding Cake
Everyone's favorite Southern dish makes a pretty darn good cake. Mrs. Pidgeon really knew what she was doing when she put this one together!
Banana Pudding Cake
2 small bananas, mashed
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package banana crème or vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
¼ cup oil
½ cup chopped nuts
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl and beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar if desired. Cake can be baked in a 13x9-inch pan for 50-55 minutes.
