Grilled Lobster Tails
Considering my location in the US and the current economic conditions, this is a recipe I can't imagine I will have the chance to make in the near future but I would still like to share it with you. The moment I can get my hands on some fresh lobster tails, I am trying this one as they are one of my favorites!
Please let me know if you try Mrs. Pidgeon's recipe and what you think of it.
Grilled Lobster Tails
6 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup lemon
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp onion salt
Thaw tails if frozen; and cut away under-shell. To prevent
tail from curling, belt tail backwards toward shell and crack. Mix remaining
ingredients. Cover and grill lobster tails, shell sides down, about 4” from
medium high coals. Brush 4-6 times with butter mixture and turn lobster tails.
Cover and grill until tails are opaque, about 5-10 minutes longer. Serve with
melted butter or margarine and lemon wedges.
