Garden Fresh Pork Chops
My family loves pork chops, and we were eagerly waiting for an opportunity to get our hands on some to try this recipe. It did not disappoint. The chops come out so tender and juicy and the veggies are absolutely perfect. My husband sprinkled a little ranch seasoning on his and it gave it a whole new dimension of flavor. I hope you try these and love them as much as I did!
Garden Fresh Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 8-oz. pork chops, 1” thick
1 13-oz. can green beans, drained
1 potato, cut into chunks
¼ tsp. basil
2 envelopes instant cream of
mushroom soup mix
2/3 cup water
In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine, brown chops. Add vegetables and basil. Combine soup mix and water; add to vegetables. Cover and simmer on low 45 minutes or until chops and vegetables are tender.
